All his big mortgage lifters became bunny fodder the stinkin little dirty thieves.

There are plenty of squirrels, chipmunks, skunks, deer and such around...I put out a bowl of food for the neighborhood cats, and they keep any and all potential garden pests at a distance.

We don’t have neighbor hood cats. Plenty of ferral cats though, and I see them dragging off a squirrel every now and again.LOL
