RSA stands for Ron Rivest, Adi Shamir and Leonard Adleman. They described a robust pubic key encryption scheme that the federal government declared a munition and threatened Phil Zimmerman with heavy federal time for publishing it.

EFF sold t-shirts with a machine readable version that technically were a federal felony to display to foreign nationals. The t-shirt money funded Zimmerman's defense.

On the back it says: "Warning, this shirt is a munition under ITAR etc..."
