Well, they had another setback in the O’Bannon lawsuit. The lead prosecutor in the js case screwed their freeh fantasy up. Also today there is news of a former ncaa player concussion lawsuit. Their attorney’s heads must be on swivels at this point.
I have mixed thoughts on the O Bannon case. Parts are legitimate (using player likenesses, esp former players w/out compensation) but some of it sounds like a shakedown though I haven't been following it closely.
