I can't eat a whole pound. I cut a pound into 8 parts and put it in a freezer container. Shake it as it freezes so it's not stuck together.

Take a hunk out...start it in the micro...than throw it in the pan...and really enjoy the eggs cooked in pure bacon grease.

I just fry the whole pound then put the cooked bacon strips into the freezer in a ziploc bag.

Bacon is always an option in my house.
