Do you think Congress should authorize President Obama's plan to launch a military strike against the regime of Bashar al-Assad in Syria?

Yes, war crimes have been committed there. Assad needs to be punished and US credibility needs to be maintained.

No, the US is war weary and should avoid becoming entangled in a civil war taking place in a complicated Middle East nation.

Not sure, the evidence as to who committed the war crimes is inconclusive and the objective of US intervention is unclear.

Every poll is trending in the same 80+ percent against authorizing a strike on Syria! Do our representatives have any clue that “we the people” are against it?

You see how they give 2 possibilities for a “No-ish” answer.

This dilutes the result if it was just a yes or no question.

Yes or now it would be 87% to 13% in favor of No.

The creators of this poll were hoping more people picked the Not sure answer hoping there would be maybe 40 percent saying yes and 30% and 30% saying the “no-ish’ answers.

So they could say something like, majority of respondents say yes(even though you and I know it would not be a real majority, but when have facts ever gotten in the way of an agenda by the drive-bys) 40% yes to 30% for no.

Polls are always BS. I would love to see a show where people on it were not allowed to talk around a question. they answer the question posed or their mic was turned off(I’m talking to you Beckel. Just as I would like to see some polling that was more relevant or accurate and not tainted.

I voted “No,” but not for the lame reason that the poll gave.
