It might work in Alaska, but I saw it fail in Minneapolis in the late 1980s, and it was a very high quality, small Mexican chain from Texas with the fresh ingredients and that in Texas also had the 99 cent Margarita.
In Minneapolis they finally dropped the breakfast, but they were still surviving on the rest of the day when I left. I did see Russell Means having breakfast there though.
I really wanna make a go of it.
My sister seems to think it will do well in Fairbanks... lots of transplanted Texans there she says.
