They simply couldn’t have made Breaking Bad with any other actor. Bryan Cranston was typecast as a lovable fool and they took him and slowly twisted him into a vicious killer.

Funny thing, the kid who plays the son joked that at the end of the show, Walt would wake up next to Lois in Malcom in the Middle which was my idea.

I also like the MinM episode with the body builders.

The show has been quite the star turn for him, which is a little unusual for male actors his age, but I guess more common for character actors like him. I’m glad he managed to break out of being typecast as “goofball dad” and even though I hate that BB is ending, I kind of can’t wait to see what roles he gets after this.

Speaking of Malcolm in the Middle, I actually saw Frankie Muniz try to drive a race car a few times. Doing that, he was more like Malcolm in the Back.
