I'd rather watch a re-run of my beloved Giants throwing 3 interceptions, losing 2 fumbles and muffing a punt against the arch-rival Cowboys.

I should have recorded it for you then TSSYF.

You can take comfort in knowing that despite all those gifts, the Cowboys STILL almost snatched defeat from the jaws of victory but they ran out of time.

I always record the games. And I am now disciplined enough to delay watching the video until about 90 minutes have passed. Then, I can watch the entire game in well under two hours, fast-forwarding through the endless commercials and, often, the constant blather between plays.

My favorite trick: Offense is stopped on third down inside the opponent’s 25. Obvious field-goal attempt coming up. Fast-forward—watch the ball go through the uprights and see the score change. Blast through the long commercial. Continue to fast-forward as kickoff sails through the end zone or is downed for a touchback. Zip through ensuing commercial and stop just as they break the huddle, first and ten at the 20 yard-line. Did not miss any action and saved 5-7 minutes of my life.
