"Dramatic lightening"? Are they joking? The slight change in colour is more likely to be the difference between the dim lighting in what looks to be her bedroom, and what appears to be stage lighting using multiple spotlights in the second pic.

She also looks younger in the first pic, and may have been spending more time outdoors in the sun.

It looks to me like the first shot is color skewed. It probably was taken using incandescent lighting which skews the colors towards yellow/red.
