The World Famous Spion Kop! I stood on the Kop back in the day when it was Sardine City, shoulder to shoulder. My buddy peed on my leg. We were Leeds United supporters and the only tix we could score were on the Kop. The air was electric. It’s been 40 years and I remember it like it was yesterday. I’m now a confirmed Liverpool supporter.
Liverpool looks good so far this year.

And as of now Mexico is 5th. And as it stands they would be out.

We made a couple of trips to Goodison Park while we were stationed in Yorkshire, seeing Leeds Utd play Everton. A lady who sat near us (we had seasons tickets) told my late wife that everything in that stadium was painted blue, including the loos, so the wife Had to go there and see for herself. We didn’t get to see much of the city of Liverpool. What I did see was a typical northern England Industrial Revolution era city, just like Leeds and Manchester.
Good to know that we’ll “Never Walk Alone!”
