Ahh...lass...I met a Murphy's Girl one night in Cork Ireland and I won't drink a Guinness to this day if I can help it.
She was in a small bar down the street from the Cork Opera House (down in the corner as you walk away from the river Lee, if you've been there). She was wearing a skin tight black T-shirt, tight jeans and was passing out free chits for Murphy's. I tried one after chatting her up and...holy good gravy...it was divine. A bit...just a bit...more hoppy than Guinness.
I have found it on draft here in MA. Most noteably at John Stone's Inn in Ashland. So keep looking. It is out there and is getting popular.

Well Boyo I was drinking Guiness for 2 days in Dublin with the in laws and then went down to Cork County where I was introduced to Murphy’s at a pub in Clonakilty. Also hoisted a few in Obrien’s in Sam’s Cross near Roscarberry where Mick Collins spent his last night. You could feel the ghosts sitting all around.
