Word For The Day, Thursday, September 12, 2013 – bordereau
dictionaries ad nauseam | 12 September 2013 | Thursday's sub

In order that we might all raise the level of discourse and expand our language abilities, here is the daily post of "Word for the Day".

bordereau \bawr-duh-ROH; Fr. bawr-duh-ROH\, noun
a detailed memorandum, especially one in which documents are listed.

Example sentences:
At the War Office, Dreyfus was told to take a letter from dictation, "'so phrased as to include some passages'" from the bordereau.
-- Richard Clark Sterne, Dark Mirror, 1994

“We need a photograph of the bordereau,” he said when he met Dubon at his office that evening.
-- Kate Taylor, A Man in Uniform, 2011

Etymology:
Bordereau comes from the French word of the same spelling, which is a diminutive form of the French word for board. It entered English in the late 1800s.

The sentence must, in some way, relate to the news of the day. The Review threads are linked for your edification. ;-)
Practice makes perfect.....post on....

The likely to live list, may only be Walt.

Heres what happens.

The Nazis get Hank,Gomez and maybe Jesse (wildcard)

Hank Called Marie, she has to go. Walts confession, is now uncontested.

when the bodies of Hank and and Gomez dont turn up, (remember unsanctioned investigation) Walt goes states evidence and witness protection , making him unavailable to cook for the Nazis.

(something like that has to happen to explain the graffiti in the prequel)

Best bet,IMO, is the Nazis dont kill Marie.Walt goes back for the ricin,to have Skyler kill Marie, taking her all the way down his path.

Nazis pick up her trail, retaliation.

He lives. safe.Alone, Haunted for the last few months of his life

Anyone who thinks we will see a bordereau with the numbers & locations of all chemical arms within Syria as a result of this “solution” is sadly mistaken...

So, you’re not going with the “Hank wakes up in bed next to Lois and it was all a dream by Malcom’s father” theory. ;-)

With all of the attention and money this administration’s media pays to sexual antics in the nation’s bedroom, but fails to notice Big Brother looking through the window with email snoopers and automatic weapons in hand to audit medical records through the IRS and EPA, you’d think they would require some borderow across the Potomac River as well.

Have not known what to make of him since he got there. still not really sure. A lot of it will be the MSM twisting what he says to fit their agenda, but he does seem to be giving them plenty to work with.
