If you don’t like Brussels Sprouts, you haven’t had them cooked right. Saute them in a skillet with some butter or bacon grease. Salt and pepper. Cook until they just start to brown on some of the leaves. Serve as is or toss with crumbled bacon. This is a whole ‘nuther animal than boring steamed Brussels Sprouts.

I make a chicken, Brussels sprout, asiago cheese alfredo that kicks butt.

Thanks, I’ll remember that at Thanksgiving. I cook for some cruciform vegetable haters. But I keep trying.
