Yes. It is fascist. The First Amendment doesn’t say a darn thing about “journalists” just about freedom of the press.
If there is going to be “shield law” it should be for everybody, or there should be no shield law.

It may be time to present DIFI and company a broad reaching statement of facts and let them know that WE,.. ..an extremely loosely knit"group" of Undocumented Journalists will excerise our RIGHTS regardless of thier inane proclamations.
