PGA of America announces Bethpage Black in Long Island, NY as host of 2019 PGA Championship and 2024 Ryder Cup. Every person in the announcement thanked Governor Cuomo (D, NY) for his help. I have to always ask when big sporting events are announced how much taxpayer money has been thrown at the pros to get the event.

The PGA of America could screw up a one car funeral. The USGA made them look like the amateurs (ironic) they are again this year. I couldn’t take my eyes off Merion, while I barely noticed Oak Hill.
