I beg to differ. His father had rights. Elian is still alive and for all we know, is happy in Cuba with his family there. The men, women and children of Waco were slaughtered by our own government and died horrible deaths. The families of those murdered at Waco are tortured everyday by the memory of what happened to their loved ones and by the fact that no one was ever held accountable. That and the fact that Eric Holder is AG and Chuck Schumer still sits on his throne.
