I think they can but they don't want to. Sex is the opiate of choice for liberals. It produces a sedate population inclined to pursue hedonism posing as liberty while true liberty is revoked.

I regularly go through bacterial culture and sensitivity reports for blood, urine, and wound specimens. I’ve looked at thousands of these reports. I have yet to see a bug that couldn’t be killed by at least one of the common antibiotics. God help you if you’re allergic to that one however. As most of these bugs are found in the ER, it complicates killing them as the ER doesn’t have the ability to follow up as well as a private pratice office or a health department. These bugs are great at transferring their antibiotic resistance genes to other bugs so it’s a real problem when they’re out there in the community exchanging DNA. That’s how superbugs are created. Eventually, one of them will be resistant to everything.
Plan “B” should fix that. \sarc
This is not a heath crisis. It is a software bug in the progressive operating system. They will deal with it by demanding more public money. That is their default error response.
