The problem with the Am church is that they NEVER preach against sin....who wants to offend those Catholics in the pews and cut off the money. We end up with a watered-down church full of happy slappy sinners.
The priest at my church doesn’t seem to care if he offends anyone or not, but he serves two very small, conservative communities.

Do you really think they are going to hear Gods word on sin when they’re plied with social justice. To take you analogy of school kids— are kids going to eat up the broccoli on the plate when the priest is serving social justice brownies?
