In my opinion, last nights episode opened up what Walt is going to do in the finale of the series...
If he starts killing his clients to steal their money, he’ll kill his business too.
How many risky $50,000 trips would he have to do to reach eleven million dollars?
It stretches the imagination just a bit, IMO.
Poetically just ending would be Walt fatally shot in the lung by just about anyone.
If he shot Walt, threw him in a ditch and walked away with 10 million dollars, who would know?
Some folks can’t kill another even for $11 mill. They are few and far between these days.
Ricin.
I just wish someone would pop a cap in his kid’s ass, yo.
I cannot stand Walt Jr. He acts like a two year old.
I like him. You’re right, he’s not compassionate, but he’s not a horrible guy, either. He is good at what he does.
Do you know the actor’s name? He looks so familiar. I’m wondering if he was ever on an episode of The X-Files.
Maybe they showed that M60 25 times in order to get people to guess...Walt can barely shoot a revolver, I don’t see him shooting a 60.
“giving him medicine and supplies to keep him alive? He has to be the most benevolent and compassionate criminal on the face of the earth.
He’s not giving him anything. He said he was doing the supply trips for $50,000 a pop.
When a desperate Walt offered him $10,000 to keep him company for two hours, he confirmed the amount and haggled him down to a single hour.
He’s not benevolent or compassionate in the least. He’s a guy who makes his living as an expert at getting people successfully into hiding. If he starts killing his clients to steal their money, he’ll kill his business too.
He seems a decent character, but not overly kind.
He was also the main male character (the bail bondsman) in Tarrantino’s “Jackie Brown.” “
And he is a guy that knows where an $11 million barrel of money can be found aafter the owner hawks up that last of his lungs.
Hes going out in a blaze of glory.
I think his son pretty much cemented Walt’s fate with the phone call. I think it left him with nothing to fight for. Walt turned right around and called the DEA and told him who he was then left the phone off the hook so it could be traced.
I think he planned on sitting down to wait for the feds to show up and arrest him till he saw his former business partner on TV. The business partner said that the blue meth was still being made and showing up in Europe which leads him right to Todd, Lydia, and Jesse.
Vince Gilligan’s clue for next week was one word. “Woodwork”. It kind of makes me wonder if Mike somehow survived and is coming back.
Can’t stand Walt Jr. Dislike Marie even more.
Here’s something I think might happen, from the foreshadowing in last night’s show:
The Feds are leaning on Skylar, just like Saul predicted, but she didn’t have anything to give them. The only people she knew who were connected to Walt’s business were Walt, Jesse, and Saul, who are all gone. She doesn’t know where the money is, or where Hank and Gomez are. She is pretty much up the creek... or she was, until the middle of last night’s episode.
When Todd and his friends showed up to “send a message”, they did more than that. They gave her a way out. Not only did Todd remind Skylar that the lady she saw at the car wash was a partner of Walt’s, but they also revealed that she is important enough to be someone the Feds would be VERY interested in.
So now, Skylar can maybe go to the car wash security cameras and pull up some footage of Lydia, or get the license plate of her rental car. Then, she has something to trade to the Feds in exchange for a deal to protect herself and the kids. The DEA already knows who Lydia is, from when they searched her warehouse, so all they need is one clue from Skylar to help them connect the dots.
Robert Forster is the actor’s name. He’s one of those real veteran character actors, so I wouldn’t be surprised if he was on the X-Files at some point.
He’s probably most famous for his starring roles in Jackie Brown, the Black Hole, and Medium Cool.
From above vid:
‘...when this septic tale is done
who will give a flying fa-t
about watching ‘Low Winter Sun’
LOL
You could be right. Very clever.
He's a very solid, low key actor. I like his character too, he's quiet and a professional, and he doesn't have to kill Walt to get his money. He just has to wait a few months at most.
So now, Skylar can maybe go to the car wash security cameras and pull up some footage of Lydia, or get the license plate of her rental car.
I almost want to rewatch that episode to see if Lydia was stupid enough to pay with a credit card.
