I don’t know anything about baboons. But generally when an animal bares its teeth like that it’s sign of aggression or fear or maybe trying to establish dominance. In any event, it isn’t a good sign, and she’s probably very lucky nothing happened.
Those teeth look vicious. One bite on the neck would kill her.
