MSM have been working all night finding sob stories of the horrors resulting from this shutdown.
They should have many of those stories airing during the morning shows.
Imagine the 100s of 1,000s already starving because of the shutdown, etc. :)
I may go by Walmart this morning and stock up on OTC nausea relief medicine. We are going to need a lot of that.

I would rather sign up for obamacare than have Miley Cyrus’ tongue within a hundred yards of me. Man, I don’t want to think of where that thing has been.

So far, we've agreed to fund all of Obamacide except the individual mandate part. We cannot now go back to an earlier position. Sure we can, along the lines of "that it's, f*** it. We gave you guys a chance to make a deal, now we're gonna play hardball."
Not that we will, of course. But we can.

Good going Republicans ,Im glad Republicans didnt back down.
Yes, but the real strength will be in how long they can sustain it.
The MSM sob stories will begin this morning and continue ...
How long before the Republicans cave? How many sob stories will they allow? How many hundreds of thousands of children will starve today -- because of the mean Republicans?
Recall all the sob sequestration stories from just a few weeks ago? The shutdown sob stories will be more and worse, even if the MSM have to embellish them.

I am extremely disappointed in Americans.
We know exactly the people responsible for this oppressive debt, legal log jamb, CommieCare and yet there is no large cauldron of tar heating up and I’ve seen no large order of feathers.
Not only that, but we allow them the arrogance of paying them while others are furloughed. What the Hell are we thinking? There is no way these public servants were to be able to exclude themselves from the oppressive laws they expect us to follow.
In a just world every Conservative would be spending significant time bombarding the CommieCare web site with question after question to make sure we understand the 2800 pages of legislation and 17,000 pages of subsequent regulations. I am sure the web site can handle the traffic!
The media, aside of FOX is just this side of telling us up is down, night is day, black is white and yet advertising dollars and viewership are still keeping them afloat.
As we cannot seem to counter the propaganda machine at the ballot box at least we can stop wasting our time and money on their products.
I no longer receive the Buffalo News as they are nothing but a house organ for the communist party.
I only watch the NBC affiliate for at most 1/2 hour per week day to get the local news.
No other MSM station is worth my time.
If we are 1/2 the population or even slightly less, we can have a huge impact on the communists bottom line.

I don't know what you do, but unless it is making widgets at a widget factory that is now locked out ... write what you write, or do what you do ... in your underwear at home.

Keep track of your time and BILL 'em.Nossir. I cannot.
Personal computers are not permitted for government work, and you can understand why that is the case.
Further, no government assets are accessible, by law.

Does the shutdown include our miltary?Simple answer is "No".
Contractor support to the military may stop but some contractors are "essential" too.

Most federal contracts have very specific rules about working from home — generally forbidding it except in certain pre-approved cases.

To be allowed to work from home, in my group, requires a federally-sourced computer, and federal assets are off limits until the shutdown is over.
