Unfortunately, money is the closest she will come to any justice for what they did. And she won’t even likely get that justice from sheltered pigs. That leaves only the local government to answer for it. You and I both know they won’t truly hold responsible those who did this.
And as one person said, the tax payers are responsible for what their government does, including who they hire as cops.You have to be responsible for what your elected government does.

Maybe we should start removing all the protections given to cops, and start voting in sheriffs that understand part of their job is to control their people, not protect them. The sheriff is NOT the union steward, he is the boss. It is time they acted like it.

Oh, in case you missed this part.

Part of the law suite is now the sheriff and local government gets to answer to the voters as to why they are paying for HIS people’s mistakes. That is, if the voters will bother to pay attention to what their cops are doing.
