The government is clueless when it comes to running a website. Amazon, eBay, Google and other private organizations are far far more efficient than the government at running responsive and customer friendly websites. The government has already intruded into the practice of medicine causing a great amount of destruction. Now, they want to control the practice of medicine to a much greater degree and somehow this is a really great idea...

This is a lot harder than anything those companies do. This is about integrating the computer systems of dozens of private and public organizations, with widely different ages, infrastructures and hardware.
I can’t see it working.
