I just read that, made me wonder when they might start screaming for more research into these drugs. It sure seems more and more people have them on board when they go off the rails.

Three possibilities with the medications: 1. They weren’t working. 2. She had stopped taking them. 3. They made her condition worse.
I agree that possibility three needs more research.
