Why not just lump all the urban areas of over 100,000 population into one state called Crapistan, and leave the rest of us alone.
I believe that is correct. And that beautiful hymn is right up there with “Amazing Grace”. The story behind it is a about as poignent as any ever written.
Why don’t you make it Northern and Eastern CA (because you know the left will never let us have more Senators than them), and then trade PR?
That’s probably the only realistic chance this has.
