From what we read, they do not care whether they are on foot or in their car, you are now a free fire zone. And they always get away with it.
This guy that decided to mow down a few asswipes with his SUV just because he could was committing assault with a deadly weapon. All these cheerleaders on this thread seem to blow this off.............
He wasn't committing assault, they just happened to be in the way when he was making his escape. Which is also why the driver won't be charged.

Ya might wanna take a look at this...especially a little after 6:40. One of the asswipes got the rear, driver’s side door open. He had a kid in the car. I’ll bet money the kid was in a child seat in the rear. THAT is when he plowed over these fine upstanding citizens and the aspiring rappper while trying to escape!!!
