Excellent. Now let’s find the budget for each of these and the High Bureaucrat who runs it. Then let’s find out the number of personnel and what it is they’re supposed to do for a living.

I suspect we’ll find whole offices full of people who produce reports that another office full of people shred without reading. In other words, potboilers, featherbedders, and parasites, all surviving by sucking the blood from productive citizens.
