If the Republicans keeping pointing out the failures of Obamacare and that the Democrats forced it on the American people, they may be able to turn it around.

And let's not forget how Obama illegally made changes to the law AND also (though it may be legal) a lame duck Congress is the one that passed it late at night before the newly anti-ObamaCare Congress came in to take over.
