You are correct. The Saudis aren't into pets of any kind. Never were when I was over there, but maybe things were different in the 7th century and maybe different Arabs liked pets.

There are 1.57 billion Muslims in the world (internet figures--checked two sites, one said 1.6 billion) only 25% are Arabs. The rest are ALL OVER the world. I believe Indonesia has the biggest Muslim population of any country in the world.
Hard to generalize about ALL Muslims because so few are Arabs. But Arabs? great stereotype fodder. :o)

A suggestion for your cat on a jet photo. Instead of having the cat on an F-18, the cat should be on an F-14 Tomcat.
