That said.....does your original post have to do with dogs’ self-sacrificing qualities? Just guessing....


It’s just sort of the whole package. I’m 60. I’ve “known” a lot of dogs and cats. Both have their advantages but the dog personality, regarding its relationship to it’s owner, just seems to be analogous to our relationship to God. At least more than the cats. And obviously this is a generality.

I have yet to hear of a cat ripping someone to shreds within an inch of his life, if not killing.

That doesn’t sound very Christian to me.
