I ordered it for both dogs when I realized the expensive problems we inherited with them but was told since they were diagnosed prior to the policy, their conditions would not be covered. At that point, I canceled both policies. I plan to get it for the next dog before I have them vetted or problems develop. I’m reluctant to go down the rescue dog path again though, since we were burned twice in a row.
If you go that route, check the petstores. They place where max came from covered everything for 4 months or so, which is why we’re still under the puppy pkg., that we took afterwards, the only thing that cost us (plenty) was that he had more teeth than a shark, that had to be removed.
