Many people do not have a Rolex. That is not fair. Everyone should have a Rolex. We need a special tax so people can have a Rolex. Maybe a Corvette too.

They should bring in the heads of the various insurance companies, letting them know ahead of time that they will be asked the following questions:
1) How many people have you signed up for insurance under the Affordable Care Act?
2) Have you been told to not reveal information about signups, or even received any communication hinting that it would not be desirable that you reveal information? If so, by who?

If they “do not know how many people have been enrolled” then the system is a total failure. It could be a Clintonesque statement. She could have very deliberately told her people "I don't want to know the numbers".
The correct question is "Is there anyone in your department, or anyone known to you, who has those numbers, or even has the numbers as of any particular day in the past two weeks? If so, who, and would you please have that person come in?"
