Thanks for the update. However, I note that they are listed as being of Portuguese "origin", and not of Portuguese "birth". Considering that it occurred in France which has a history of looking the other way so as not to rudely intrude upon the barbaric customs of immigrants since that would be so incredibly gauche of anyone to do so, I should probably narrow the guess down to simply ROP.

I grew up knowing many Portuguese families. They come from strong Catholic backgrounds and none would ever stand by and let a child be mistreated anywhere near this badly. Portuguese, Italian, Spanish, Irish, Scots, Filipino, Asian, Indian -I could go on. NONE of them would have allowed such a thing to happen. It is only the Islamists with their barbaric / uncivilised (nekulturney?) customs that allow such atrocities, especially upon female children.
