He is lazy, incompetent, and corrupt.
He likes all the perks of the office but has no idea what’s going on.
He’s the affirmative action, bystander president.
I see more of his underlings like Jarrett as the ones dictating policies. She knows what he wants and executes it.

No he's not. He's extremely smart. The most dangerous people in the world are smart people who do not mean well. Stupid people who mean well cannot do all that much damage in the long term. Smart people who do not mean well can create massive damage.
