While working at one of Harvard Medical School's teaching hospitals I chatted with “HMS Krauthammer” several times (the “HMS” stands for “Harvard Medical Student”,which is how they were paged while students).A surprisingly nice guy,very polite and articulate,smart as all get out.Given his disabilities psychiatry was about the only field he could go into,which he did. So I suspect that this was his way of politely saying that Osama’s delusional.
