It was his son by his first wife.
He said it wasn't easy, but he had another family to think of and he wasn't going to deny his family what they needed because of someone else choice.
He told me his son's vote really didn't make a difference here in Texas but it made a difference overall.
He works oilfield, mud engineer.
Too hard work and long hours to have “compassion” for someone that wants to take it from you.

If I had any you could have them, You and the other silly people with their panties in a wad over this need to get a life. There are a lot more serious things to worry about than some kids who do something that offends you. READ that bill of rights again. There is a right to freedom of speech. There is not a right not to be offended.

I think you have issues, lol! You’re a mean old f*rt with an overly long home page. I can always tell the nuts by their long-winded views on their home page. You, sir, seem permanently offended by everyone and everything. And that’s not in the Bill of Rights - as you like to point out.

That freedom of speech also applies to those on this thread with whom you disagree.

Ironically, the conservative movement of the 1960s despised Kennedy, his liberal politics, and his Harvard and Hollywood entourage as much as contemporary conservatives despise Obama and for similar reasons. I am not denying that Obama is miles to the left of Kennedy, but then again conservatism has moved leftward and is closer to Nelson Rockefeller than Barry Goldwater. The liberal media of the 1960s was ready to pin the blame for the Kennedy assassination on the right wing, especially as it took place in Dallas, then a conservative stronghold. Inconveniently for them, the man arrested for the assassination, Lee Harvey Oswald, was a Marxist who had defected to the Soviet Union from the Marine Corps.

Ya know, this outrage about crass Halloween costumes is kind of ironic. Terrorists are tools of Satan. Satan is infinitely more destructive and more harmful than the worst terrorist or child molester.
YET many apparently have no qualms, none, about dressing up like demons and devils on Halloween.
Using the logic of Halloween these girls are doing nothing worse than anyone else.

People disagreeing with me doesn’t bother me at all - the forum would be boring if everyone agreed, but I really love unintentional irony.

There was also some kid on the news that dressed up for his school celebration in a KKK outfit. And he was surprised that it did not go over too well. Just like his mom told him. Of course, she couldn’t just tell him “No.”
