My two cents on the Miami mess
Nov. 7, 2013 | Self

Football is a team sport{ it seems to me that everyone on the team must do their job and work together to win the game. Apparently, this guy "Incognito" has srewed up before to cause trouble among his team mates and it is said that he wasn't the only one causing chaos on the team. Ultimately, the coach is responsible for the tone of the locker room and he should be fired. I read that the 49er coach din't allow any pranks or harrasment and that he encouraged the senior players to help the rookie players{ Just my take on the subject.

Incognito apparently screwed up before? That is an understatement!
Joe Philibin has not come out and personally denied he knew about the
hazing. Nothing is preventing him from coming out and denying he knew
anything about the hazing. What we have is a report that Joe says he
knew nothing about hazing. Very Clinton like.

Miami is a broken team with years of poor management. I’m not surprised this happened.

I’ve read that the coaches told Icognito to “toughen up” Martin. They are part of the problem and so are the other players who are backing up the thug.

perhaps it bothers them that he is so well-read... Martin is the example i want for my sons... well-read, intelligent and physical... like some of our Founding Fathers :)

Either Joe Philibin knew about the harrassment and condoned it or he did not know about the harrassment because he was out of touch with his players.

Either scenario does not bode well for Joe Philibin.

The thug without a name (he’s incognito) was on the “DNDC” list (”Do not draft because of character”) of other teams. It’s amusing and sad to see his teammates now coming out and swearing on their grandmothers’ graves that he’s a jolly good fellow.

This is funny from a league that has a “taunting” penalty.

Did Philbin order the “Code Red”?

On the positive side, as yet unnamed (’incognito’) Las Vegas nightclub has gotten itself a new bouncer.

The only reason taunting is a penalty is because gangsters couldn’t allow themselves to be dissed, and a big fight would start every time someone did that. It’s not the taunting that is the problem, it’s the kind of reaction it elicits from people with no self-discipline.

the 49er coach was his coach at Stanford. Apparently, Martin studied Greek literature and came from an LA prep school.

This Incognito (what kind of damn name is that) acts like a jilted boyfriend. A big 350pound lardass that thinks he’s tough. I would suspect Martin wants no part of his advances.
