I get the analogy, but a plane is not something everybody needs, doctors are something everybody needs
Frankly Scarlett most people have a need to go somewhere at a reasonable rate of speed provided by the latest technology at a far greater rate than they have need for a doctor. The best example is if you really need a doctor in a hurry, after an accident (in my world that is called a screw up)you are a candidate for a flight to the emergency room.
