You voted against this.Why is that — why is keeping the mentally unstable, those type of people —
not saying you can’t have guns, you just have to pass a background check.Why is that bad?

In fact, when we had the battle over gun control, I was very proud to work with Senator Chuck Grassley
on the law enforcement alternative. There are two different philosophies.Do you target violent criminals, or do you try to
