This just means exemptions to Unions, and others who played along with the game.

Gingrich just brought that up. He said obama is telling the insurance companies “Trust me this time.” He said lawyers are already preparing lawsuits.

I don't know how insurance companies could sue. They "invested" in this law and participated in its writing and passage. The "promise" of windfall revenues by forcing people to buy from them fell through. That happens when you invest in things.

I suspect Gingrich meant DOJ lawyers, not insurance company lawyers(?)

Obama's promise was NOT JUST for people who bought their health insurance on the individual market--his promise was to EVERYONE IN AMERICA!

the White House is saying that it will use "enforcement discretion"

The insurance companies better get these rules in writing because who can believe a proven Liar in Chief?

It will be the insurance companies being sued.

Please excuse my cynicism but talk is cheap and I doubt that I’m alone on this but the only thing I’d trust is the complete repeal of the entire law. That will never happen because the law is doing exactly what it was designed to do; dismantle through disarray and confusion the entire medical industry in the US and it starts by dismantling the health insurance industry. There are a number of goals to be achieved but the end game is the government”s (world oligarchs) complete and absolute control of US society!!!! Currently the medical industry’s degradation is noticeably on a down hill slide and regardless of the 2014 elections, I surmise by the beginning of 2015, the medical industry will abruptly hit a cliff. It was all part of the scheme even before the Adolf obozo announced his fundamentally changing of the US. Sadly, he’s winning.

They didn’t need no steenkin’ budget, they still have TARP monies. They have huge slush funds already allocated to each of the (fully armed) federal Agencies, to be used at “the Secretary’s discretion”.

zer0 went to the mat with a shutdown rather than delay zer0care for a year because he already had funded (and armed) all the agencies, departments and directorates for at least a year, maybe longer.

Over the next year we will see just how stupid what portion of the American population really is. There is no way anyone can not understand what is happening here. Anyone voting for any Dem for any office is simply an enemy agent.

Brilliant!

By the time Obama is done, 2000 years of rule of law in western society will be overturned. We can revert to the days when tribal chiefs and petty lords decided the ‘law’ on a day to day basis.

Brilliant.

I agree. He got his second term to destroy this country. Now it’s all theater. And there are only a few who see this. I don’t see any in the media who see it.
