The Bypass I hear is good, but unless there are changes the bypass eventually be stretched to assume the old problem from what I read.

I know all the right things to do.

Fastest health diet thing I know of is Medifast. Cheaper than eating regular food and it is balanced to not have you become diabetic trying to lose the weight. Keeps the sugar levels normal while losing the weight.

It was working for me and I got lazy and went back to some over eating.

It is always over eating and it is worse if you pick bad things to over eat.
