Under Sharia, pleading, "She was askin' fer it." is an absolute defense, and places the onus on the one who was raped. If the subject of the rape is an eight year old boy, change the gender of the personal pronoun. Replace "she" with "it".
I think this violates even Islamic Law—I believe it calls for him to be stoned to death.
