A Paul Thorn song — interesting to note that before he started making a living as a singer/songwriter, he was a boxer who had a chance at Roberto Duran and dang near beat him! He left Duran a bloody mess, but still lost the fight.

I toss 25 - 30 year old junior black belts around at will and I’m 62. It gives me great (if not perverse) pleasure to tell them that they got their a$$ kicked by a guy the same age or older than their grand father. Of course I’ve been in martial arts for 53 years
