Apparently there are pictures of the two of them together after the ‘rape’ where she is smiling.

Cite? The only picture I could find is a picture that was allegedly taken before the incident (and which, in any event, the accuser says isn't her).

It was discussed on a local radio program. Apparently she posted it on facebook and then removed it after this went public a year ago.
