Did you see the story of nukes being hauled away from Dyess to places unknown? Maybe they no longer need to build their own???
they could get them from left-over SSR gear, or from Pakistan nearby, or from North Korea, or obviously from their own development factories ... or from any other place (as you point out, yes I saw the Dyess/Abilene nuke report, thanks).
So,
They probably have them by now.
They’ve had at least 4 or 5 years of protection to either keep developing them locally - (with scientific/engineering help from ex-SSR workers, European companies on the QT again maybe too, or North Korea...). or just import them
I have no inside knowledge .... it just stands to reason given their repeated, ongoing threats against USA, their Arab oil neighbors, Israel, etc. ...
it seems that we (USA the “Great Satan”) are in deep danger... as are their various targets in their own part of the world
