Is there an established theory of high temperature superconductivity, which has been well described for 24 years? NO.
Is there an established theory of Cold Fusion, which has also been well described (amidst serious political opposition) over these 24 years? NO.
Who among us could unequivocally describe the theory of FIRE, which has been with us for thousands of years?
