There are laws on it, but I presume (maybe I’m assuming too much intelligence on the part of those who pass laws we’re expected to obey) it’s defined in the law. If it is defined, I’m sure flatulence doesn’t qualify.
THIS is why I’ll never send my kids to public school. It’s become prison, ever since Columbine.
Bizarre Bizarre Law Firm
Same here considering how much time I got in the principal's office. I never did well with authority. Still don't. That's why I'm not a democrat.
Nothing about the Dems is ever normal these days. Hence Roswell seems to just fit.
Good parents should try to keep their kids away from Close Encounters of the 3rd Kind with Leftists
I want mine to learn early who the morons are.
She’s a bad one. You can see it in the eyes.
what is wrong with New Mexico law enforcement?
Shooting vans burping kids and killing people.
homeschool/new mexico ping.
Just wait til she gets pulled over and they wanna look in the diaper.
I know nothing about how this stuff works. I know cops get crazy calls all the time. But these are public elementary schools, you know “the children” - I could imagine responding to such calls might not be discretionary.
It’s certainly not just happening in this one area. I’ve read many crazy stories about wee tots getting hauled in.
One aspect of this that I do not understand is how there can be any interaction between law enforcement and a minor without the parents being contacted first. Other than in some true emergency situation, obviously. Which also obviously none of these are.
I cannot even believe the insanity that is taking place in our schools. I am so glad my children are grown, it was starting to get crazy before my youngest got out.
It is no wonder schools seem to be unable to properly educate students today, they are too busy with this type of nonsense.
Future?? He’s probably committed three felonies since nap!
Serve ‘em right.
That is what I was thinking, I have three brothers and they used to burp weird just to be ornery. It is over the top to arrest someone for this though, writing sentences would make more sense as a punishment for that type of fooling around.
an incident that took place in early November in which the same boy was allegedly strip searched on suspicion of selling marijuana. He was never charged.
****
I don’t care if he was charged or not....he sounds like a trouble-maker and likes to defy authority.
The other kids in the class do not need to be distracted by a$$holes like this. Burping at will is rude and disruptive. His parents should tan his hide if they even give a crap.
