Read on in the article!

“The same day this lawsuit was filed, a similar suit was filed on behalf of a 7-year-old autistic boy alleging he was hand cuffed to a chair for acting out.

Last year Kennedy said she settled a class action against the City of Albuquerque Police Department for arresting children for nonviolent crimes.

“This suit was started by a girl who was arrested for not wanting to sit next to the stinky boy in class. We settled the damages claims for a confidential amount that is sealed,” said Kennedy.””

Sounds like the teachers really have no control of the classroom. Or any self control at all.

They must have no actual crime in that town, if the cops can go around arresting children for the heinous crime of being obnoxious.

I think this all stems from parents/the ACLU suing schools for disciplining children; so now the schools just say OK we’ll call the cops.

The baby boomers have ruined this country; I hope the next couple of generations can straighten it out. I no longer expect to live to see it.
