So, I was banned from another site. (vanity)

I run a little page on Facebook (not a personal page, but an issue page) ... and I set up a rule for no cussing on the page (i.e., a strictly family page for language).

In the rules, it says if someone can “figure it out” as to what it means (even with asterisks), then the post is deleted. If someone persists in doing it, then they are banned.

If someone used that word - and people have, and also have done so with asterisks - the post was banned. Some people have said that it’s just the way they talk - so I tell them - not on this page ... :-) ...

Wonder if it ever changes. One concern I have is that the banning message actually has a personal message to me. It means that if this is an IP ban, anyone in my organization that tries to go to that site will get the personal message meant for me.

Actually, the reason I go there is to get a kick out of a liberal echochamber and their reaction to even a few words of logical sanity. There is a real change going on there the last few months because it used to be a serious potty mouth site (though I never broke the rules) but they are now clamping down - even on ad-hominem attacks without profanity.

The liberals there are going nuts. It’s actually pretty funny which, again, is why I was going there. I had a few minutes to kill and wanted some laughs.

When I was banned from a formerly conservative forum they did the same thing to me. Then they erased my handle and replaced it with something demeaning even though I was one of the top 3 or 4 posters at the time.

So, out of all the “curse” words you could choose to illustrate your point, you picked the one that, regardless of the context, would label you as a racist? Why not the “F” bomb wuth two K’s or the S word with a $ instead of an S? Seems like you were destined to fail by choosing the word you did, that doesn’t really have a harmless context.
