On Monday, the National Journal reported that "documents filed by other groups show that two labor organizations, the International Union of Operating Engineers and the Laborers' International Union of North America, directed a combined $400,000 to the Republican group [the Defending Main Street super PAC] in September and October."

The Defending Main Street super PAC was organized at the end of 2012 by former Congressman Steve LaTourette (R-OH), and has very publicly declared war on the Tea Party. It is affiliated with and has offices at the same location as the Republican Main Street Project, which LaTourette currently heads and which former Congressman Tom Davis (R-VA) led from 2009 to 2012.

You forgot gays in your list.

I wonder how many gay, moderate, latino independents there are actually in the electorate?

Talk about an approach designed to utterly fail, and I dare say, on purpose.

The RINOs would rather strike a deal with the communists to preserve their berths on the Titanic rather than support the Tea Party and do what’s best for the country and the middle-class.

If these RINOs put up another GOPe in 2016 - I will not vote. Dang them - they want our support for their crappy candidates, but spend thousands to defeat a conservative. Pucks on them - I’m done playing nice and voting their way. Its either a conservative or count me out.

No big surprise....unions have been supporting and funding campaigns for Illegal Alien Amnesty...so funding GOP groups against the Tea Party does not shock me
